Seed Biotech, Inc. continually assesses the regulatory landscape and applicable guidance documents for its products. Based on recent assessments and discussions with the FDA, Seed Biotech, Inc. is announcing its decision to voluntarily discontinue production, marketing, and sales of its Petil product line effective August 7th, 2024.
Seed Biotech, Inc. has completed a multi-phase transition initiated in 2021, to two facility locations in Chattanooga, TN, with a facility dedicated to operational activities and an administrative headquarters.
As of 1/1/24, all operational and administrative activity ceased in Dallas ,TX where Seed Biotech, Inc. has been headquartered for the last 12 years.
Our headquarters, now located in Chattanooga, TN is fully active with operational and administrative activity.
We are excited about the commencement of operation this calendar year at our new facility and for continued planned expansion for the company.

Team Seed is looking forward to the 2023 Bunny Hop in Chattanooga, TN raising money for The Chambliss Center for Children. Come out and join us to raise money for a great cause, or click the link below to donate!
This family-friendly fundraiser will be held in the spacious and open-air First Horizon Pavilion from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Parents can enjoy an evening with friends and festivities while their kids take advantage of the numerous activities for children. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend, including grandparents and adults without children.
Activities for children include a wide range of arts and crafts; a petting station with bunnies, chicks, lambs, and baby goats; face painting; a sports zone; inflatables; a photo booth; Kid Karaoke; a mobile video game trailer; dinner; sweet treats; and more. All children in attendance also receive a Peter Rabbit coloring book to take home.
Adults will enjoy a silent auction and dinner. The event entrance is off of Carter Street, where attendees can sign in and pay if reservations were not pre-paid.

The abstract "Dermal Full Thickness Wound Healing: Equine Amniotic Membrane Versus Commercially Available Xenografts" which was submitted to the Society For Biomaterials 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting and Exposition: Hitting all of the Right Notes and Avoiding the Translational Blues, being held April 20 – 23, 2021 has been accepted for a rapid fire presentation.
Seed Biotech’s CEO, Ryanne Early, who is a co-author on this abstract, was invited to join the SFB Virtual Annual Meeting for a presentation session including other similar abstracts on Engineering Cells and Their Microenvironments.
Our presentation was scheduled for the RAPID FIRE session on Thursday, April 23, 2021 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM, followed by a Q&A at the end of all fire presentations.

This opportunity includes a 5-minute podium presentation and a poster presentation during the poster session.
