Ryanne Early - CEO & CSO

Ryanne Early is the visionary force behind Seed Biotech, Inc.® She recognized the opportunity to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency of tissue processing in the biologics industry and set out to redefine best practices in the field. With deep expertise in the discovery, development, and strategic commercialization of innovative medical technologies, Ryanne has made significant contributions across orthopedic, neurosurgical, dental, and surgical specialties.

Her industry experience includes work with leading companies such as RTI Surgical, MiMedx, MTF Biologics, and Axogen. Originally serving as Seed Biotech’s Quality Assurance Director, Ryanne went on to become Chief Scientific Officer and now serves as Chief Executive Officer, where she continues to lead the company’s scientific and strategic direction.

Ryanne is an active member of the Birth Tissue Committee for the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University

Christian (C.W.) Early - President & CFO

Christian founded Seed Biotech, Inc.® to help make a difference and change patient outcomes. He has a long history in finance, real estate and law with a focus on affordable multifamily housing. Christian teamed up with his wife Ryanne to bring Seed Biotech from a vision to a reality, with the goal of creating better products at price points that would be available to a larger patient population. After being Seed Biotech's CEO he is currently the President and CFO. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University, a Master's in Real Estate from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Houston Law Center. Christian is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

 
 

Eden Schoepflin - Quality Assurance Director

Eden joined the Seed Biotech, Inc.® as an intern and has transitioned through Quality Assurance roles until she started withSeed Biotech, Inc.® full time in August of 2020. Her attention to detail and dedication to positive patient outcomes has brought a new perspective to our quality team. With experience in systems thinking and a passion for health equity, Eden enjoys the values of innovation, development, and optimization that are fundamental at Seed Biotech, Inc.® . Eden holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and the Built Environment and minors in Disabilities in Society and Soil and Water Sciences from the University of Florida and a Masters of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis.

Kirsten Nolan - Director of Continuous Improvement

Kirsten, a Nurse Practitioner, has devoted her career to optimizing patient outcomes and experiences.  Her passion for patient-care and healthcare innovations led her to the role of Director of Continuous Improvement at Seed Biotech, Inc.® .  She and her husband, Tim joined the team in July of 2024, believing strongly in Seed’s vision for improvement of the tissue banking industry, there by increasing patient access to high-quality products capable of greatly improving outcomes.  She has a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Physics from University of South Florida and a Masters Degree in Nursing from University of South Florida.  

Tim Nolan - Director of Sales and Marketing

Tim has spent his 25 year career working closely with patients as a registered diagnostic imaging professional. He is passionate about the power of relationships and has leveraged his unique ability to create enduring relationships to launch and operate three mobile imaging companies.  The overarching goal in his career has been to bring high quality healthcare to underserved communities, which aligns perfectly with the goals of Seed Biotech.  He believes in creating responsible, patient-centric business growth.  

Kavita Winters - Director of Operations

Kavita joined the Seed Biotech, Inc.® team in late 2021 as Operations Manager and transitioned to Director of Operations in 2024. Her passion for team management, an operational mindset, drive for innovation and positive patient experiences brings forward motion thinking for not only Seed Biotech but for the practices and patients we serve each day. Kavita has previous experience in leading teams and operations in the Health and Wellness industry as well as leading the International Team Operations for Wilson Sporting Goods. She has a Bachelor’s in Geology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Masters in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Denver.
